Growth. It feels like everything is growing, stretching, becoming right now. Days growing longer, sunlight growing stronger and bolder, weather growing milder, buds growing plump and ready to burst.
Spring is a time of blossoming, becoming, unfolding. Seeds of ideas that seemed tiny and insignificant in winter’s cold months now open and unfurl, metamorphosing into purposes and life. Nothing is wasted in nature, and nothing is as it seems.
This spring, I’m focusing on my own internal growth and blossoming as it happens all around me in nature. Unfolding and becoming seems to be a repetitive mantra in my life right now, and I’ve learned that when something comes up and doesn’t take no for an answer, it’s important to listen. As the buds turn into leaves, snow turns into melt, mud turns into grass, so too is that transformation occurring inside of us. Life, death, rebirth, destiny. It’s all here, entangled in the equinox.
