There’s something about travelling down a winding highway in new territory. Call it wanderlust, or perhaps a sense of adventure, or vagabondage, or don’t call it anything at all; but I’m in love with road trips.
Of course, there’s a limit to how long I can endure spending countless hours in a car. It starts to feel like a prison after a while, I admit. It’s tricky to satisfy both my inner hobbit and my inner ranger. (For those who get the Lord of the Rings reference, well done.)
However, I don’t think I’ll ever tire of the rambling, drifting vibes that road trips bring. Here are some photos from a recent journey I embarked on with my mom and stepdad in central BC.

Love your commentary on road trips!

I love this post Hazel! And appreciate the reference to your inner hobbit and ranger ;)
Hehe…thanks Mom!
